Abstract
A terminal device (10) includes an operating system (13) that does not allow a user to have right to incorporate a device driver in the operating system (13), a processor (10a), and a memory (10b) that is capable of storing therein the operating system (13) in which a first device driver (131) is preliminarily incorporated and an application (11), wherein the application (11) includes a second device driver (111) that converts a first control command provided by the application (11) into a second control command in a form deliverable to an external peripheral device (20), and the first device driver (131) transmits the second control command output from the second device driver (111) to the external peripheral device (20).
