Die Wurzeln von Haseltine Lake Kempner reichen bis ins Jahr 1850 zurück, als sich in London die Patentagenturen von George Haseltine und William Robert Lake zusammenschlossen; 2019 kam durch die Fusion mit Kempner & Partners der heutige Name zustande. Die Kanzlei versteht sich als modernes IP-Haus, das anwaltliche, patent- und markenrechtliche Beratung geschlossen unter einem Dach vereint. Zusammenfassung
A bleed system including control circuitry and one or more jet pump assemblies. The control circuitry is configured to receive a signal indicative of a fluid parameter in the bleed system and cause the one or more jet pump assemblies to alter a mixing ratio of a higher pressure gas and a lower pressure gas based on the signal. The one or more jet pump assemblies are configured to combine the lower pressure gas and the higher pressure gas to generate a supply gas. The one or more jet pump assemblies are configured to provide the supply gas to one or more gas loads in the bleed system. In examples, the control circuitry is configured to establish a system setpoint for the fluid parameter based on an operating status of the one or more gas loads. |

A computer-implemented method for managing Cone Beam Computed Tomography, CBCT, imaging of a patient. The method comprises acquiring (102) radiotherapy treatment plan, RTP, information for a RTP. The RTP is for delivering a radiation dose distribution to the patient so as to respect at least one radiotherapy treatment objective. The method further comprises determining (104), based on the acquired RTP information, a measure of sensitivity of the RTP to changes in anatomy of the patient. The measure of sensitivity is a function of position in the patient or a function of radiotherapy beam direction in the RTP. The method further comprises generating (106), based on the determined measure of sensitivity, an imaging protocol for obtaining a reconstructed CBCT image of a volume of the patient by setting a value of at least one parameter in the imaging protocol such that image quality of the reconstructed CBCT image of the patient volume meets an image quality objective for an image processing task. The image quality objective prioritises image quality for positions within the patient volume at which the RTP is sensitive to changes in anatomy. The imaging protocol comprises values for at least one CBCT imaging acquisition parameter and/or at least one CBCT imaging reconstruction parameter. |

There is provided an active controlled atmosphere (CA) system for a transport container. The transport container includes a cargo storage space. The CA system comprises: a gas concentration sensor, a nitrogen source including an outlet configured for the introduction of nitrogen-containing gas into the cargo storage space, a fan operable to circulate the gas around the cargo storage space, and a controller. The controller is configured to operate the CA system in each of a first mode and a second mode, wherein, in both the first mode and the second mode the nitrogen source is operated to introduce nitrogen-containing gas through the outlet, and wherein, in the first mode, the fan is deactivated and, in the second mode, the fan is activated. The gas concentration sensor is positioned so that: in the first mode, nitrogen-containing gas that has been introduced through the outlet passes over the sensor so that the sensor provides a signal indicative of a concentration of a first gas introduced through the outlet; and, in the second mode, nitrogen-containing gas that has been introduced through the outlet is displaced away from the sensor by the fan so that the sensor is configured to provide a signal indicative of the concentration of the first gas in an ambient environment of the cargo storage space. |
