Abstract

An apparatus comprising a first electrode (147) on a planarization layer (123), an organic emission layer (148) on the first electrode, a first bank (161) and a second bank (162) on the planarization layer (123) and configured to surround the organic emission layer (148) and an anti-moisture unit (155) on a portion of the planarization layer (123) and a portion of the second bank (162), wherein the anti-moisture unit (155) is configured to suppress moisture permeation through the second bank (162) and the planarization layer (123).
