Viering, Jentschura & Partner wurde 1976 von Hans-Martin Viering und Rolf Jentschura gegründet und ist von München aus über Düsseldorf und Dresden bis nach Singapur und Taipeh gewachsen. Die Sozietät versteht sich als Adresse für fachlich fundierte, individuell zugeschnittene Beratung im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz, von der Anmeldung bis zum Patentstreit.
