Abstract
There is provided a design system for a knitted fabric that can easily design a knitted fabric in which a pattern is formed with an inlay line in a base knitted fabric portion. A design system 100 for a knitted fabric can design an inlay pattern including an inlay line exposed on one surface side of a base knitted fabric portion, and has a function of preparing knitting data based on inlay display data associated with the inlay pattern. To realize such function, the design system 100 for a knitted fabric includes an inlay information input unit 12, an inlay information preparing part 21A, an inlay memory 32, a change determining part 21B, a change code specifying part 21C, and a code changing commanding part 21D.
