Über die Kanzlei
Wagner & Geyer wurde 1972 von Karl H. Wagner in München-Lehel gegründet, fusionierte 1983 mit Dr. Ulrich F. Geyer und feierte 2022 sein fünfzigjähriges Bestehen am angestammten Sitz in der Gewürzmühlstraße. Seit 2001 als Partnerschaft organisiert, begleitet die Kanzlei Mandanten über das Patentwesen hinaus auch bei Designs, Gebrauchsmustern und Marken sowie bei Übersetzungen und der Gebührenverwaltung im internationalen Netzwerk von Partnerkanzleien. Beraten wird auf Deutsch, Englisch und Japanisch, was die traditionell enge Verbindung zu japanischen Mandanten widerspiegelt. Als Leitgedanken zitiert die Kanzlei Maya Angelou: „You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.“

A polishing method capable of improving flatness of a bonding surface for forming a laminated substrate is disclosed. The polishing method includes: measuring a shape of a periphery of a substrate having the bonding surface for forming the laminated substrate, the bonding surface including a surface of a device region and a surface of a dielectric film formed on the periphery and raised from the device region; determining a polishing recipe including a change in a movement speed of a polishing head from a polishing start position to a polishing end position based on the measured shape of the periphery; and polishing the dielectric film to planarize the bonding surface by pressing, by the polishing head, a polishing tool against the periphery of the substrate being rotated while the polishing head is moved in a radial direction of the substrate according to the determined polishing recipe. |

Various solutions for efficient delay status reporting (DSR) in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may receive a configuration included in a MAC-CellGroupConfig information element (IE) of a radio resource control (RRC) signaling from a network node. The configuration may include a remaining time threshold for triggering a DSR procedure for one or more logical channels within a logical channel group (LCG), and a plurality of reporting thresholds on remaining time for reporting delay status information of the LCG. Then, the apparatus may trigger the DSR procedure for the one or more logical channels based on the remaining time threshold. Responsive to triggering the DSR procedure, the apparatus may transmit a DSR medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) to the network node, which includes a plurality of entries of delay status information of the LCG, each entry is associated with one of the plurality of reporting thresholds. |
