Abstract
The invention concerns a high voltage driver comprising: first and second cascoded transistors (102, 104) adapted to generate an output signal (V OUT ) based on a first voltage signal (V SL ) having a first voltage range and on a second voltage signal (V SH ) having a voltage range shifted with respect to the first voltage range, the output signal having a second voltage range greater than the first voltage range; and a pulse generator (128) comprising a passive high-pass filter adapted to generate voltage pulses based on at least one of the first and second voltage signals and to provide the voltage pulses to a control node of at least one of the first and second transistors.
