Abstract

An organic light emitting display device (100) is disclosed. The organic light emitting device comprises a first light emitting part (ST1) between an anode (110) and a cathode (220), the first light emitting part (ST1) having a hole injection layer (120), a first hole transport layer (130), and a first light emitting layer (140); a second light emitting part (ST2) over the first light emitting part, the second light emitting part having a second hole transport layer (180) and a second light emitting layer (190); and a first charge generation layer (160) between the first light emitting part (ST1) and the second light emitting part (ST2), the first charge generation layer having a P-type charge generation layer (160P), wherein at least one among the hole injection layer (120), the first hole transport layer (130), the second hole transport layer (180), and the P-type charge generation layer (160P) includes a carbonitrile compound.
