Abstract

Electric scissors includes a pair of blade sections and a manipulating member. The pair of blade sections is capable of being opened and closed. The manipulating member has a first manipulating section and a second manipulating section which are provided to face each other. The first manipulating section performs opening and closing operation of the blade sections. The second manipulating section performs an auxiliary operation which is different from the opening and closing operation. When the first manipulating section is manipulated in a predetermined direction, the opening and closing operation is performed. When the second manipulating section is manipulated in a direction different from the predetermined direction, the auxiliary operation is performed.
