Abstract
An organic light emitting display device is disclosed that includes a substrate (100) including an active area (AA) and a pad area (PA); a thin-film transistor (TFT) including a drain electrode (160), a source electrode (150), and a gate electrode (130); an anode electrode (180); an organic emitting layer (240); a cathode electrode (250); and a pad area of the substrate provided with a signal pad (300) that is in a same layer as the drain electrode (160) and the source electrode (150), the pad area including a first pad electrode (400) on the signal pad, and a second pad electrode (500) on the first pad electrode.
