Abstract
There is provided an apparatus for mounting a luminaire (102) on a support (104). For example, there is provided a mechanism that includes a plate adapted to couple with an end of a luminaire (102). The plate (106) includes a support member (106) adapted to mate with the support (104). The mechanism further includes a tensioning member (204) adapted to couple with the support member (106) to secure the support (104) in a channel region of the support member (106).
