Abstract

In various embodiments, an organic light emitting display device may include: a transistor (220) having a first controlled electrode (223), a second controlled electrode (224), and a control electrode (222) controlling a current flow between the first controlled electrode (223) and the second controlled electrode (224), a first passivation layer (260) deposited over the transistor (220), a contact structure formed in a contact hole (CNT) through the first passivation layer (260) to electrically connect the first controlled electrode (223) or the second controlled electrode (224), the contact structure comprising an auxiliary electrode (281a), and the contact structure at least partially filling the contact hole (CNT), a first electrode (281b) over the contact hole (CNT) to connect the auxiliary electrode (281a), an organic light emitting layer structure (282) over the first electrode (281b), and a second electrode (283) over the organic light emitting layer structure (282).
