Abstract

A display device includes a data driver (400), a multiplexer (500), and a multiplexer controller (600). The data driver (400) outputs a data voltage through an output buffer. The multiplexer (500) distributes data voltages, which are respectively output by output buffers (BUF1, BUF2), to n data lines in a time division manner, in response to first to nth (n is a natural number of 2 or greater) control signals (Mux1, Mux2, Mux3, Mux4). The multiplexer controller (600) outputs first to nth control signals (Mux1, Mux2, Mux3, Mux4) in a time division manner during one horizontal period. An ith (i is a natural number of n or smaller) control signal maintaining a gate ON voltage at a timing when a first horizontal period expires maintains the gate ON voltage for a predetermined period of time after a second horizontal period starts.
