Abstract

A film (210) having a plurality of lighting devices (100) thereon is transferred between a film supplying roll (252) and a film collecting roll (254), and an organic light emitting layer (130) and a second electrode (126) are formed on the film (210) being transferred from a deposition unit (280). An aging unit (290) is provided on a rear end of the deposition unit (280), and applies an aging voltage to the film (210) transferred after the organic light emitting layer (130) is deposited by the deposition unit (280), thereby aging the organic light emitting layer (130).
