Abstract

A head mounted display device is provided. The head mounted display device includes a left eye display unit (LD) which displays an image for a left eye (LE) and is disposed along a trajectory of a left eye ellipse (EL1) having a first eccentricity, and a left eye lens (LLS) which faces the left eye display unit and refracts the image for the left eye in a direction of a user's left eye.
