Über die Kanzlei
Dr. Weitzel & Partner geht auf die patentanwaltliche Tätigkeit von Dr. Wolfgang Weitzel zurück, der nach seiner Promotion in der Papierherstellung zunächst in der Patent- und Lizenzabteilung der J.M. Voith GmbH in Heidenheim tätig war, bevor er sich 1971 als Patentanwalt niederließ. Die Kanzlei firmiert heute als Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mit Sitz in Heidenheim und einem weiteren Standort in Berlin. Als Patent- und Rechtsanwälte vertreten die Partner ihre Mandanten nicht nur im technischen Schutzrecht, sondern auch in den damit verbundenen rechtlichen Fragestellungen rund um Ideen und Marktstrategien.
