Abstract

Described herein is a safety valve (22) for a hydraulic circuit (10) comprising a pump (17) designed to supply a hydraulic fluid at a first pressure value to a pressure line (19), comprising: a chamber (24), which can be fluidically connected to the pressure line (19) and is filled with the hydraulic fluid at a pressure value and a temperature value; and a casing (23) with an opening (30, 31), which can be connected to a reservoir (16) of the hydraulic circuit (10); a shutter (25), which delimits the first chamber (24) and can be displaced between a first position, in which it occludes the first opening (30, 31), and a second position, in which it leaves the opening (30, 31) at least in part free; the valve (22) comprises a thermally expandable element (49), which can be displaced, as a result of the temperature of the hydraulic fluid, between a first configuration that it assumes when the temperature of the hydraulic fluid is below the threshold value and a second configuration that it assumes when the temperature of the hydraulic fluid is above the temperature threshold value (Tth) and in which it holds or displaces the first shutter (25) in or towards the second position so as to reduce the pressure in the first chamber (24).
