Abstract

In the particle analyzing apparatus of the present invention, first, an inner space S2 with negative pressure (pressure P2) having a predetermined volume V2 is formed in the cylinder of a syringe device 20 for sucking a sample liquid Y1 in the measuring chamber 10, then, the negative pressure is applied to the measuring chamber, the sample liquid Y1 is sucked, and measurement of particle X1 is performed in the measuring flow path 11. The control device calculates the particle analysis value A from the measurement signal obtained by the measurement. The particle analysis value A is obtained by the sucking force of the pressure P2 and the control device further corrects the particle analysis value A based on the standard pressure Ps predetermined for the inner space S2.
