Abstract

According to the various embodiments of the present disclosure, provided are a display device and a method of the same including a substrate (110) having a display area (100) and a pad area (200) applying a signal to the display area, a encapsulation layer disposed in the display area and including a first inorganic film (116), a second inorganic film (118) disposed on the first inorganic film, and a first organic film (117) disposed between the first inorganic film and the second inorganic film, a touch buffer layer (119) disposed on the encapsulation layer, and a touch sensing unit (12) disposed on the touch buffer layer, and including a touch sensor (121, 123) in which at least one inorganic film of the first inorganic film and the second inorganic film is disposed on a part of the pad area and the touch buffer layer is disposed on the at least one inorganic film.
