Abstract
An emitting diode (D) includes a first electrode (160) in a first (e.g. green) pixel (GP); a first emitting layer (170) is positioned on the first electrode (160) and in the first pixel (GP) and includes a first amorphous oxide semiconductor material (272) and a first quantum dot (262), wherein the first amorphous oxide semiconductor material (272) includes an indium atom, a gallium atom and a zinc atom; and a second electrode (180) covers the first emitting layer (170).
