Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic emulsion composition that satisfies all of the properties of usability, use sensation, and transparency in appearance. In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a cosmetic emulsion composition that contains (A) a component containing a monoalkyl glyceryl ether having a C<6-8> alkyl group and (B) a component containing an associative urethane.
