Abstract
A plant (1) for managing products provides a plurality of work areas (10), each bounded by perimeter walls (12). Each work area (10) has at least one robotic unit (16) for moving and handling the products. The work areas (10) are connected together by at least one overhead conveying unit (30) for conveying products from one work area (10) to another. The plant is efficient, reliable, versatile and safe.
