Über die Kanzlei
Luppi Intellectual Property wurde 1996 von dem Ingenieur Luigi Luppi in Modena gegründet, dessen 2007 verstorbene Vision die Ausrichtung der Kanzlei bis heute prägt. Neben dem Stammsitz in Modena ist die Kanzlei mittlerweile auch in Bologna, Mailand und Rom vertreten, wo sie 2023 mit der Übernahme der traditionsreichen Kanzlei Cavattoni Raimondi zusätzlich Fuß fasste. 2019 gründete die Gruppe mit Luppi Legal eine eigene Rechtsanwaltskanzlei, um IP-Mandate auch rechtlich umfassend zu begleiten. Ihre Anwälte, die unter anderem der italienischen A.I.P.P.I. und der FICPI angehören, betreuen technische Schwerpunkte von Keramik und Kunststoffen über Verpackungsautomation und Werkzeugmaschinen bis zu biomedizinischen Geräten, Drucktechnik und Bauwesen.

The upper conveying means (10) and the lower conveying means (9) are drivable independently of one another and are movable respectively along a first conveying path (P1) and a second conveying path (P2) which are parallel, horizontal and arranged one above the other. A method for the production of a thermoformed object is also described. |

An apparatus (1) for continuous process foaming of a panel (2), of the type comprising an intermediate layer of expanded material (3) externally covered by covering and protective layers (4, 5), comprises an upper conveyor (6) belt supported by a respective upper support and guide frame (8) and a lower conveyor (7) belt supported by a respective lower support and guide frame (9), frame-support structures (19) configured to adjust a longitudinally uniform spacing between the upper conveyor (6) and the lower conveyor (7) to define a foaming gap (10) corresponding to a desired outlet thickness (S) for the panel (2), and geometry variator means configured to vary the reciprocal position between the first upper portion (15) and the first lower portion (16) to modify the geometric configuration of the foaming gap (10) in the first conveying zone (C) and define a longitudinally differentiated spacing between the first upper portion (15) and the first lower portion (16) to guide and facilitate the expansion of foam generated by a mixture of reactive resins, so as to reduce and minimise the amount of expanding agent required and optimise the cellulation of the foam. A method for continuous process foaming of the panel is also provided. |

Zusammenfassung
A ball valve (10), in particular for sanitary systems and heating/cooling systems, has a valve body (11) in which a ball shutter (15) equipped with a hollow stem (17) is housed and can be moved in rotation between an open and a closed position of the valve, a hollow control device (32) with a through hole arranged externally and bound in rotation to the stem (17) to move the ball shutter (15) between the open and closed positions, a filter (23) housed in the ball shutter (15), suitable for filtering the fluid in the open position, and removable through the control device (32), a cap (42) for closing the ball shutter (15), wherein the cap (42) is bound to the filter (23) and screw-coupled with the stem (17) of the ball shutter (15) so that the direction of unscrewing of the closing cap (42) corresponds to the direction of rotation of the shutter (15) and of the control unit (32) from the open to the closed position. A ball valve is thus realised which allows easy and safe removal of the filter for cleaning it in any valve installation space. |

Zusammenfassung
A strapping head (1) is disclosed that is configured to wind and tighten a strip-shaped element around a load, the strapping head (1) comprising a containing casing (2) defining at least one chamber that is suitable for containing operating components of the strapping head (1) configured to perform at least: - one winding and tensioning step for winding and tensioning said strip-shaped element around the load, - one cutting step for cutting the strip-shaped element and - one immobilizing step for immobilizing opposite ends of the strip-shaped element so as to form at least one closed loop around the load. At least one through opening (3) arranged for connecting fluidly said at least one chamber to the outside environment is obtained in said containing casing (2). The strapping head (1) further comprises: - blowing means (6) arranged for drawing a fluid to be pressurized from outside the containing casing (2) and sending the fluid to be pressurized to the at least one chamber in the form of a flow of pressurized fluid having a pressure greater than that outside said containment casing (2), the blowing means (6) comprising an inlet (7) for the fluid to be pressurized and an outlet for the flow of pressurized fluid; and - supplying means (9) arranged for placing said blowing means (6) in fluid connection with the containing casing (2) to convey the flow of pressurized fluid from the blowing means (6) to inside the at least one chamber so that by traversing the at least one chamber and exiting the through opening (3) the fluid removes powder material present in the at least one chamber, expels the powder material outside the casing (2) and/or prevents powder material entering the at least one chamber from outside. A strapping apparatus, a wrapping apparatus and a strapping method are further disclosed. |

Zusammenfassung
Provided are an optical imaging device and an optical imaging method, related to the art of optical imaging. The device includes: a first optical path assembly, a second optical path assembly and a transmission structure. The first optical path assembly is fixedly connected to the transmission structure and is configured to move under the driven of the transmission structure. The second optical path assembly is arranged inside the transmission structure and is configured to move under driven of the transmission structure. The first optical path assembly and the second optical path assembly are in optical path connection with each other. A first optical transmission path of the first optical path assembly and a second optical transmission path of the second optical path assembly form an angle. During the movement of the transmission structure, the second optical path assembly remains stationary relative to the first optical path assembly. In the present disclosure, the straight-line optical path structure is disassembled into the folded optical path structure, which effectively utilizes the space inside the transmission structure, and reduces the volume occupied by the optical path assemblies, thereby reducing the overall device volume, size and weight of the optical imaging device, and meeting various requirements for miniaturization. |
