Abstract

The self-propelled toy (1, 1') includes a vehicle body (2, 2'), wheels (3, 4) connected to the vehicle body (2, 2'), a battery (12) provided at the vehicle body (2, 2'), a motor (101) using electric power stored in the battery (12) to output drive power for running use, an imaging device (6) connected to the vehicle body (2, 2') so as to capture an image of an area in front of the self-propelled toy (1, 1'), an operating part (7) operated by a user so as to make the imaging device (6) operate, and a charging port (8) supplying electric power from an outside power source to the battery (12). The operating part (7) is provided at a top part of the vehicle body (2, 2') at one side from a centerline (CL) of vehicle width of the self-propelled toy (1, 1'), and the charging port (8) is provided at a side part of the vehicle body (2, 2') at the same side as the operating part (7) from the centerline (CL) of vehicle width.
