Über die Kanzlei
Bardehle Pagenberg wurde 1979 von Jochen Pagenberg mitbegründet und später um Heinz Bardehle erweitert, mit Hauptsitz in München und heute mehreren hundert Mitarbeitenden. Der Pariser Standort residiert im SO Square Opéra an der Rue Boudreau, direkt gegenüber der Opéra Garnier, und vereint dort französische Avocats mit europäischen Patentanwälten wie Lionel Vial. Seit 2024 verstärkt der Partner Frédéric Portal das Team, das sich zunehmend auch auf Lebenswissenschaften, Pharma und Chemie neben den klassischen Feldern Mechanik, Elektronik und Telekommunikation konzentriert. Der Standort ist zudem aktiv vor dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht vertreten und bindet Pariser Verfahren eng in das internationale Bardehle-Pagenberg-Netzwerk ein.

According to some embodiments, techniques for managing transaction tokens to facilitate reconciliation procedures are disclosed. One technique can be carried out by a transaction framework implemented on a computing device, and includes the steps of (1) receiving, from a software application executing on the computing device, a first request to perform a transaction, (2) providing, to a management entity, a second request to generate a transaction token for the transaction, (3) receiving the transaction token from the management entity, (4) displaying a user interface (UI) that indicates the transaction will be performed independent from the management entity, (5) receiving, via the UI, a selection of an option to approve the transaction, and (6) providing the transaction token to the software application or a developer entity associated with the software application, such that, when the transaction is performed, the transaction token enables a reconciliation procedure to be carried out. |

Zusammenfassung
Methods to enhance the coverage of NR systems for coverage-limited wireless devices are disclosed. A serving base station may configure a coverage-limited UE with parameters for the UE to operate in a coverage enhancement mode through RRC signaling, DCI, or RAR grant. The UE may use the configuration parameters to determine whether to enter into the coverage enhancement mode when connecting and communicating with the serving base station. The configuration parameters may configure the UE to exploit both time diversity and frequency diversity to extend and enhance coverage when receiving the PDSCH and PDCCH channels, when transmitting the PUSCH and PUCCH channel, and when transmitting PUSCH Msg3 during random access. Advantageously, the base station may flexibly and dynamically configure the UE with coverage enhancement parameters to extend the coverage of the UE using time diversity and frequency diversity gains as the UE moves around. |

Described herein are solutions for indirect network sharing. A user equipment (UE) can receive public land mobile network (PLMN) identifiers (IDs) corresponding to a hosting operator network and one or more participating operator networks. The UE can select a PLMN ID of a participating operator network and communicate with the hosting operator network to perform one or more procedures based on the PLMN ID of the participating operator network. Examples of such procedures can include an authentication procedure, registration procedure, a protocol data unit (PDU) session establishment procedure and subsequent data transfer to external networks. An access and mobility management function (AMF) of the hosting operator network acts as the serving AMF and can select one or more functions in the hosting operator network and the participating operator network to complete the procedures. |
