Abstract
A composition for an intumescent coating comprising: (A) a binder system, comprising (a1) an alkoxy-functional organic polymer, which contains an alkoxy-functional silane group; and (a2) a styrene-acrylate copolymer, and (B) an intumescent composition, as well as its use as a coating, in particular a fire-protection coating is described.
