Abstract

An information processing apparatus (100) is configured to communicate with a mobile terminal (110) used by a user (20). The information processing apparatus (100) includes a first manager (502) configured to manage account information including login information of the user (20); a first login request receiver (503) configured to receive, from the mobile terminal (110), a first login request including the login information of the user (20); a first authenticator (504) configured to allow login from the mobile terminal (110) upon comparing the login information included in the first login request with the login information included in the account information; a second manager (506) configured to associate identification information unique to the mobile terminal (110) with the account information, in response to receiving the identification information from the mobile terminal (110) for which the login is allowed; a second login request receiver (507) configured to receive, from an electronic device (120), a second login request including the identification information; and a second authenticator (508) configured to allow login from the electronic device (120) upon comparing the identification information included in the second login request with the identification information associated with the account information.
