Abstract

The present invention relates to a system (S) for analyzing and monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings and/or architectural structures based on image and sensor analysis, comprising a logic control unit (U), provided with communication means for receiving and sending data, at least a plurality of sensors (1), which can be placed in predetermined positions inside and/or outside said structures or in proximity to them, capable of detecting images and information of said structures and sending them to said logic control unit (U), said system (S) being characterized in that said logic control unit (U) is capable to process said images and data in order to extract a plurality of features (C) corresponding to the state of conservation of said structures, and to send alarm signals in case said plurality of features (C) correspond to a state of decay of said structures. The present invention also relates to the operation method of said system (S).
