Abstract

A shoe (1A) comprises a flexible shell (10A) having an internal space (SP) and a sole body (20) accommodated in the shell (10A). The shell (10A) includes a bottom wall portion (11) and a peripheral wall portion (12). The bottom wall portion (11) and a portion of the peripheral wall portion (12) adjacent to the bottom wall portion (11) define a lower space (SP1) which is a space of the internal space (SP) in which the sole body (20) is disposed. A portion of the peripheral wall portion (12) located above the portion adjacent to the bottom wall portion (11) forms an upper space (SP2) of the internal space (SP) that is a space in which the wearer's foot is inserted. The bottom wall portion (11) covers a lower surface (22) of the sole body (12) and thus has an external surface (11b) configuring a tread of the shoe (1A).
