Abstract

A carrier medium, a setting method, an electronic device, and an information processing system. The carrier medium carrying computer readable code controls an electronic device (10) to carry out a setting method including installing (S21) an application, displaying (S27) on a display (815), a screen (1400) for receiving input of a setting value for a setting item from a user based on the setting information that includes one or more setting items for executing the installed application, and setting (S29, S30, S31, S32, S33) the setting value for the setting item received on the screen (1400).
