Abstract

An NMR apparatus (10) includes a depressurizing device 20 for depressurizing an NMR probe (16), a gas supply device (22) for supplying gas into the NMR probe (16) to thereby pressurize the NMR probe (16), and a control device (24). The control device (24) alternately repeats depressurization of the NMR probe (16), using the depressurizing device (20), and pressurization of the NMR probe (16), using the gas supply device (22). This replaces the gas in the NMR probe (16).
