Abstract

According to one embodiment, a network component is described comprising a data collection interface configured to obtain, an indication of a list mobile network subscriptions for which a mobile terminal contains subscriber identity modules and, for each of the subscriptions, communication performance information from mobile communication networks associated with the subscriptions. The network component further comprises a controller configured to determine control information for controlling communication via at least one of the mobile communication networks associated with the subscriptions based on the communication performance information and a notification interface configured to notify the mobile terminal to perform communication using the at least one of the mobile communication networks according to the control information.
