Abstract

An image-capturing device (100) includes: a light emitter (110) configured to emit light within an irradiation range (L1) to an object; a monochrome camera (120) configured to capture a monochrome image of the object, the monochrome camera (120) having an image-capturing range (P1) within the irradiation range (L1); a color camera (130) configured to capture a color image of the object, the color camera (130) having an image-capturing range (P2) within the irradiation range (L1); and an irradiation controller (141) configured to cause the light emitter to emit the light having an amount to capture the monochrome image by the monochrome camera (120).
