Abstract
A siloxane-modified polyurethane resin coating agent composition which includes:(A) a siloxane-modified polyurethane resin; and (B) a solvent,wherein component (A) is a cured product of a composition including:(a) a hydroxyl group-containing organosilicon compound having the formula (1): (R<sup>1</sup><sub>3</sub>SiO<sub>1/2</sub>)<sub>k</sub>(R<sup>1</sup><sub>2</sub>SiO<sub>2/2</sub>)<sub>p</sub>(R<sup>1</sup>SiO<sub>3/2</sub>)<sub>q</sub>(SiO<sub>4/2</sub>)<sub>r</sub> (1)wherein R<sup>1</sup> is a group selected from the following formulas (2) and (3) or the like, k, p, q, and r are predetermined integers,wherein R<sup>2</sup> to R<sup>4</sup> are each hydrogen or the like, and x, y, z, s, t, and u are predetermined numbers;(b) a diisocyanate compound; and(c) an organic compound such as polyols,wherein (c) is m moles, (b) is (1+m) × (0.9 to 1.2) moles each per 1 mole of (a), and m is 0.2 moles or more and less than 1.6 moles, andwherein a content of component (B) is 50 to 98% by weight.
