Abstract

The present invention is related to an automated control system, an automated control method for a multi-functional equipment, and multi-functional equipment thereof, designed for agricultural purposes.The automated control system (100) according to invention comprises an automated driving control unit (110) configured to receive instructions to execute a task comprising one or more operations, and to activate or deactivate generic vehicular functions (EBA, CFA), and an implement control unit (120) configured to receive instructions to activate or deactivate specific assisting functions (TPA, PA, MA, SA, SPA, HA, CHA) that enable the received task execution. The automated driving control unit (110) sends instructions to and receives instructions from the implement control unit (120) to activates or deactivates one or another of the generic vehicular functions in direct dependency on one or another activated specific functions.According to invention, there is provided also an automated control method (200) comprising: receiving, by the automated control system (100), an instruction to perform at least one operation assisted by a specific assisting function from a plurality of specific assisting functions; activating the specific assisting functions depending on the operation to be performed; activating or deactivating generic vehicular functions depending on the activated specific assisting function; activating or deactivating, by the automated control system (100), a plurality of actuators able to perform generic vehicular functions and specific functions, respectively; regularly checking the execution status of the operation until finishing the operation and notifying unusual events and the finishing of the operation.Also, a multi-functional equipment (10) incorporating the automated control system and operating according to the automated control method is provided.
