Abstract

A driver device (1) for generating a load current for at least one load, the driver device (1) comprising an isolation barrier for isolating electrically a primary circuit (2) and a secondary circuit (4) of the driver device (1), the secondary circuit (4) comprises at least a first load terminal (LED1+) and a second load terminal (LED2+). The secondary circuit (4) comprises at least one filter circuit (1) connected with a load terminal (LED2+) of the first load terminal (LED1+) and the second load terminal (LED+), and the at least one filter circuit (11) is configured to provide a signal that is generated based on the load current output via the connected load terminal. The driver device (1) may form part of a system comprising the driver device (1) driving the load, and the load is connected between a common load terminal (LED-) and one of the first load terminal (LED1+) and the second load terminal (LED2+) of the driver device (1).
