Über die Kanzlei
Mitscherlich wurde 1896 in Berlin gegründet und zog 1951, parallel zur Neuordnung des deutschen Patentwesens nach dem Krieg, nach München. Im Zentrum Münchens gelegen, arbeitet die Kanzlei in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Europäischen Patentamt, dem DPMA, dem Bundespatentgericht und der Münchner Lokalkammer des Einheitlichen Patentgerichts. Neben der Patentanmeldung deckt sie Markenanmeldung und -durchsetzung sowie Einspruchsverfahren vor EPA und DPMA ab. Sie legt Wert auf Kontinuität und betreut manche Mandate seit Jahrzehnten, von kleinen Unternehmen bis zu internationalen Konzernen, mit erkennbaren Schwerpunkten in Telekommunikation und Informationstechnologie.

This application provides a method and an apparatus for discovering an edge service. The method includes: A first network element receives first information, where the first information includes first service information. The first network element receives second information, where the second information includes first domain name information. When the first domain name information corresponds to the first service information, the first network element determines, for a first terminal device, an application server that is the same as that of a second terminal device or an application server in an edge network that is the same as that of a second terminal device. The first network element sends a first rule to indicate a second network element to send first application server address information to the first terminal device, or the first network element sends a third rule, where the third rule includes second option information, and the second option information is used by a DNS server to determine application server address information. The method provided in this application can be used to determine a same application server or an application server in a same edge network for terminal devices belonging to a same terminal group, and reduce an interaction delay between the terminal devices in the terminal group. |

Zusammenfassung
A method and an apparatus for predicting a high frequency excitation signal are disclosed. The method includes: acquiring, according to a received low frequency bitstream, a set of spectral frequency parameters that are arranged in an order of frequencies, where the spectral frequency parameters include low frequency LSF parameters or low frequency ISF parameters; for the set of spectral frequency parameters, calculating a spectral frequency parameter difference (102) between every two spectral frequency parameters that have a same position interval in some or all of the spectral frequency parameters; acquiring a minimum spectral frequency parameter difference (103) from the calculated spectral frequency parameter differences; determining, according to a frequency bin that corresponds to the minimum spectral frequency parameter difference, a start frequency bin (104) for predicting a high frequency excitation signal from a low frequency; and predicting the high frequency excitation signal (105) from the low frequency according to the start frequency bin. By implementing this embodiment, a high frequency excitation signal can be better predicted, thereby improving performance of the high frequency excitation signal. |
