Abstract

A working machine (1) includes a drive device (8) including a hydraulic actuator (26) to be actuated by hydraulic fluid and a driven member (21) to be raised and lowered by the hydraulic actuator (26), a control valve (30) to control the hydraulic actuator (26), and a controller (11) configured or programmed to control the control valve (30) to cause the driven member (21) to move to a target position. The controller (11) is configured or programmed to switch between a first mode and a second mode, the first mode being a mode in which the controller (11) controls the control valve (30) by performing a first control based on a target flow rate (TF) of hydraulic fluid to actuate the hydraulic actuator (26) and a deviation (ΔD) of an actual position of the driven member (21) from a target value, the second mode being a mode in which the controller (11) controls the control valve (30) by performing a second control including controlling the target flow rate (TF) to be lower than the first control when the deviation (ΔD) is more than zero and less than a predetermined deviation (ΔD).
