Abstract

There is disclosed a Heated tobacco (HT) system comprising a Heated Tobacco (HT) consumable having an end closed by a disc and a Heated Tobacco (HT) device configured with a heating zone that does not heat the end region of the consumable comprising the disc. By closing the end so that the tobacco portion is not exposed to a distal end, advantageously, a consumable is provided that reduces the risk or likelihood of tobacco from falling out or being pulled out from the consumable in use or during transportation and / or during the production process. Moreover, the device is configured not to heat the disc.
