Abstract

With a shaft (16,27) and a support (14a, 33a, 34a) attached to each other, a gate (10, 11) is swingable about a horizontal axis (P1,P3) between a standing position (A11,A21) and an open position (A12,A22) and detachable from a floor (9). A holder (17,29) is included that is manually operable between (i) a first position (B 11,B21), in which the holder (17,29) prevents the shaft (16,27) and the support (14a, 33a, 34a) from becoming apart from each other and holds the gate (10, 11) in such a manner that the gate (10, 11) is swingable about the axis (P1,P3), and (ii) a second position (B12,B22), in which the holder (17,29) allows the shaft (16,27) and the support (14a, 33a, 34a) to become apart from each other and allows the gate (10, 11) to be detached from the floor (9).
