Abstract
A sputter measurement system includes: a camera (30) that captures an image of an observation region including a molten portion (6); a spot light source (10R, 10L) that emits spot light (21R, 21L) toward a lateral side of the observation region when viewed from the camera (30); and a controller (100) that measures a size of a sputter (7) based on the image captured by the camera (30).
