Abstract
Provided is a method for producing a multiple shoot cluster. A method for producing a multiple shoot cluster includes a shake culture step including shake-culturing a 1.0 cm to 5.0 cm tissue taken from Hevea brasiliensis, the tissue including at least one bud selected from the group consisting of apical buds, axillary buds, and dormant buds, in a MB basal medium or modified medium thereof containing a cytokinin plant hormone as a liquid medium.
