Abstract

A vehicle heater control device 1 controls a drive state of a seat heater 23 for warming a seat cushion 21, based on an in-cabin temperature Tc showing a temperature of in-cabin air of a vehicle and a heater periphery temperature Th showing a temperature of a periphery of the seat heater 23, so that the heater periphery temperature Th decreases as the in-cabin temperature Tc increases, in a case in which the in-cabin temperature Tc is within a prescribed range.
