Abstract

A plating device (E1) of the present invention includes a cell (C) including a porous body (2) surrounding a metal component (1) and impregnated with a plating solution, and a plating electrode (3) surrounding the porous body (2), in which a distance between the plating electrode (3) and a surface of the metal component (1) is substantially uniform.
