Abstract
The present disclosure provides a sensor system for use in a lithographic apparatus, the sensor system comprising: - a cooling system to be embedded in a base; - a detector holder provided with a detector and having supports to be connected to the base; - a heat sink connected to the cooling system, the heat sink being thermally disconnected from the detector holder; and - detector electronics thermally coupled to the heat sink for processing a detector signal received from the detector.
