Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a height adjustment structure for a top showerhead, it comprises a movable rod, a fixed rod and a damping mechanism; one end of the movable rod is sleeved outside of one end of the fixed rod, and the damping mechanism is disposed on a connection position of the movable rod and the fixed rod and is fixedly connected to the movable rod; and the other end of the movable rod is used to connect the top showerhead, and a flow passage in communication with the top showerhead is disposed in the movable rod; and the damping mechanism provides a friction force of the movable rod and the fixed rod, so that the movable rod stops at will within a stroke range relative to the fixed rod. The present disclosure further discloses a shower, it comprises the top showerhead, a shower controller and the height adjustment structure; and a tail end of the movable rod is connected to the top showerhead, and a tail end of the fixed rod is connected to the shower controller.
