The present disclosure discloses a water outlet device, an overhead shower head, a driving device and a water path switching method. The water outlet device comprises a water path switching mechanism, a water distribution mechanism and two mechanisms; the water distribution mechanism is operatively connected to the water path switching mechanism, the water distribution mechanism is driven to act by an action of the water path switching mechanism; both of the first mechanism and the second mechanism are configured to drive the water path switching mechanism to act; when the water outlet device is turned off and a duration exceeds t, the first mechanism first drives the water path switching mechanism to act, and the second mechanism then drives the water path switching mechanism to act; and when the water outlet device is turned off and the duration does not exceed t, only the first mechanism drives the water path switching mechanism to act. The advantages of the present disclosure are as follows: the water path switching mechanism can be driven according to whether the duration exceeds t to control the water distribution mechanism, thus providing convenience for users.

The present disclosure discloses a method for obtaining a residual gas amount in a gas cylinder, a method for prompting the residual gas amount in the gas cylinder and a soda water machine, the method for obtaining the residual gas amount comprises: acquiring an image of a liquid to be detected and an ambient temperature for bubble generation; identifying a current number of bubbles in the image of the liquid to be detected; acquiring a temperature coefficient representing an influence on gas concentration based on the ambient temperature for the bubble generation; and obtaining a ratio of the current number of the bubbles and a number of the bubbles when the residual gas amount is 100%, and obtaining the residual gas amount by calculation of multiplying the ratio by the temperature coefficient. In the present disclosure, the residual gas amount in the gas cylinder is obtained by acquiring an image of a liquid to be detected through an imaging device, identifying a number of bubbles in the image through a processing chip and combining a corresponding ambient temperature, and is prompted through a color ring at a water faucet, thus meeting detection requirement for the residual gas amount in the gas cylinder.

To easily supply a large flow rate of a process gas into a process chamber, a technique includes: a first flow path one end of which is connected to a first supply source configured to supply a process gas and the other end of which is connected to a process chamber in which a substrate is processed; a first opening/closing structure provided at the first flow path; a second opening/closing structure provided at the first flow path between the first opening/closing structure and the process chamber; a second flow path one end of which is connected to the first flow path between the first opening/closing structure and the second opening/closing structure and the other end of which is connected to an exhaust apparatus; a storage provided at the second flow path; and a third opening/closing structure provided at the second flow path between the storage and the exhaust apparatus.

The present disclosure provides a drainage method for a cold-hot compress device, the cold-hot compress device comprises a carrier and a main unit; the carrier comprises an inflatable layer and a working layer, a pumping device is disposed in the main unit, and the pumping device is connected to the inflatable layer and the working layer via a delivery pipe to deliver air to the inflatable layer and deliver liquid or the air to the working layer; and the drainage method comprises a step of delivering the air to the working layer via the pumping device to discharge the liquid in the working layer. The present disclosure further provides a drainage structure adopting the aforementioned method. The present disclosure further provides a cold-hot compress device, it comprises the drainage structure, it further comprises a storage tank and a heat exchanger, the pumping device is used to deliver the liquid in the storage tank to the working layer via the waterway delivery pipe, and the waterway delivery pipe exchanges heat with the heat exchanger.

There is provided a technique that includes: (a) supplying a first gas containing a primary element constituting a film and a halogen element to a substrate; (b) supplying a first reducing gas containing hydrogen to the substrate; (c) supplying a second reducing gas containing hydrogen to the substrate, wherein a material of the second reducing gas is different from that of the first reducing gas; (d) performing (a) and (b) in parallel, wherein a supply amount of the first reducing gas is decreased compared to that of when a supply of the first reducing gas is started while performing (a) and (b) in parallel; and (e) performing (d) and (c) a predetermined number of times to form the film on the substrate.
