Abstract

The invention relates to a method for generating an information model for the collection and output of asset data originating from multiple data sources, the method comprising:- creating an assets model (1) being a class system with several classes (2, 3, 4) and relations between classes (2, 3, 4),- automatically creating assets collections (5, 6) from the assets model (1), and- automatically creating objects (9) for the assets, wherein the assets are on one hand represented as rows (7) in the assets collections (5, 6) and on the other hand as a hierarchy of matching asset objects (9).Furthermore, the invention relates to a computer program and a computer-readable medium
