Abstract
The present invention relates to an active ray-curable inkjet ink composition that can form an insulating film having sufficiently increased adhesiveness with metal surfaces of electronic components and that can form an insulating film the insulating property of which does not tend to decline in a high-humidity environment, a method for forming an insulating film, an insulating film, and a printed wiring board. Provided is an active ray-curable inkjet ink composition containing an active ray-polymerizable compound, wherein the active ray-polymerizable compound contains a carboxyl group-free amine-modified oligomer and an active ray-polymerizable compound having a carboxyl group, and the active ray-curable inkjet ink composition is used to form an insulating film for an electronic component.
