Abstract

A base station apparatus obtains information for generating setting information related to a plurality of cells for a conditional handover (CHO) or a conditional secondary cell addition or change (CPAC) in a terminal apparatus that is currently connected to the base station apparatus, the information including a reference configuration, which is common to two or more cells among the plurality of cells and to which identification information uniquely specifying the reference configuration is allocated, delta configurations that are respectively specific to the two or more cells, and the identification information of the reference configuration to be combined with the delta configurations, provides the terminal apparatus with the information and a condition under which the CHO or the CPAC is to be executed, and in a case where at least one configuration among the reference configuration and the delta configurations is to be deleted or changed, designates the at least one configuration and issues an instruction for the deletion or the change to the terminal apparatus.
